CONTINUING & NEW PROJECTS:

  • Painting is continuing this spring/summer:
    Trim painting of East units     .

  • We will continue replacing hazardous steps and walkways every year.

  •  Some trees are to be planted this year to replace a few of the diseased trees removed last year.  Not all removed trees are scheduled to be replaced.   Loss of trees is always difficult, but needed to maintain the property. 

  • Seal coating , some road repairs and repair of bike path are scheduled to be completed this year.
